Our client, a passionate admirer of Japanese culture, sought to infuse his home with the essence of his travels and experiences in Japan. As a single individual with a deep appreciation for simplicity and authenticity, he envisioned a space that embodied the timeless principles of Wabi Sabi.

Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty and minimalist aesthetic of Japanese design, our approach to this project was rooted in simplicity and harmony. We embraced the Wabi Sabi concept, celebrating imperfection and embracing the beauty of simplicity in every aspect of the design.

To achieve this, we utilized a minimal approach, focusing on clean lines, uncluttered spaces, and a restrained color palette. Our material selection was guided by the desire to evoke a sense of warmth and authenticity. We opted for lime wash paint to create a textured, organic backdrop that exudes subtle elegance. Additionally, humble wood tone wall panels were incorporated to add a touch of natural warmth and texture, further enhancing the serene ambiance of the space.
